One of those places I keep coming back to in Mauritius 🇲🇺🔥 Tariq’s Snack is always buzzing — fresh naan straight from the tandoor, huge pots of biryani, meats sizzling on the grill and some seriously good sauces. What I loved even more was getting a look behind the scenes and learning how much of their produce is grown locally, with kitchen scraps going back into compost for the fields. 🌱 Local, fresh and full of flavour.
