Day 9 of 31. I’m 30 years old, and I’ve already thought about what I want my funeral to look like. That’s a strange sentence to even write. Part of me feels peaceful knowing I can tell my family exactly what I want. Another part of me hates that this is something I even have to think about at my age. I want white and lavender. I want people dressed up. I want laughter mixed in with the tears. I want people telling the funny stories and remembering me, not just ALS. And yes, I fully expect my hair laid, my makeup done, and absolutely nobody sending me off looking a mess. 😭💜 But more than anything, I want one thing remembered: Please love on my babies and my mama long after the service is over. Not just that day. Not just that week. After everyone goes home and life keeps moving. I hope this day is still very far away. But if I get a say in how I leave this world, I want it to feel like me. Lavender. Love. Laughter. And absolutely no foolishness. 💜 👣 If you made it to the end, you’re officially a TT Stepper. Leave me a question in the comments. Nothing is off limits. #fypシ゚viral #ALS #LivingWithALS #ALSAwareness #FuneralPlanning
