Dieting on easy mode (114 g protein Kinder Bueno and Biscoff dessert) . . . . . . . This is a full meal for me. It has 1,158 calories, 114.5 g of protein, Biscoff, milk chocolate, white chocolate and actual Kinder. If that’s too much for you, eat half. CHOCOLATE MICROWAVE BASE • 30 g (1.1 oz; 1½ scoops of mine) chocolate whey protein concentrate (WPC) • 5 g (0.18 oz) chocolate flavor powder • 15 g (0.53 oz; about 3 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder • 2 g (0.07 oz; about ½ tsp) vanilla extract • 1 whole egg • 50 g (1.8 oz; about 3 tbsp + 1 tsp) thick fat-free skyr • 20 ml (0.7 fl oz; 1 tbsp + 1 tsp) unsweetened almond milk Mix until completely smooth. Microwave for 6 minutes total on medium power. I paused twice for around 10 seconds to check it, but the pauses themselves probably did nothing. Microwaves vary, so start checking earlier. Once the base is set, refrigerate it until completely chilled. COOKIE-SKYR LAYER • 400 g (14.1 oz; about 1⅔ cups) thick fat-free skyr • 30 g (1.1 oz; 1½ scoops of mine) cookie-flavored plant-based protein powder • 3 g (0.11 oz; about 1¼ tsp) cinnamon • 50 ml (1.7 fl oz; 3 tbsp + 1 tsp) unsweetened almond milk • Another 5–10 ml (1–2 tsp) almond milk only if necessary • Dash of vanilla extract, around 2 g (0.07 oz; about ½ tsp) Mix very well until completely smooth, then spread it evenly over the chilled chocolate base. ⚠️ Don’t add the extra milk automatically. Protein powders and skyr vary, so only use it if the mixture is still too thick to spread. BISCOFF DIVIDER • 1½ Lotus Biscoff biscuits, approximately 11.7 g (0.41 oz) Position the biscuits horizontally, around 40% of the way down the dish. Press them edge-first deeply into the skyr, leaving only a narrow golden edge visible. Freeze the dish for 15 minutes while you prepare both toppings. MILK-CHOCOLATE SECTION • 25 g (0.88 oz) milk chocolate • 1 g (0.04 oz; about ¼ tsp) coconut oil • 2 Mini Kinder Bueno pieces, approximately 10.8 g total (0.38 oz) Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil in short bursts, stirring between each one. Spread it over the larger section, then place one Mini Kinder Bueno near each outer corner. WHITE-CHOCOLATE SECTION • 25 g (0.88 oz) white chocolate • 2 ml (scant ½ tsp) water • 4 ml (about ¾ tsp) unsweetened almond milk • 1 Kinder Chocolate finger, 12.5 g (0.44 oz) Microwave the white chocolate, water and almond milk in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Spread it over the smaller section, then place the Kinder finger in the middle. Refrigerate for 5–6 hours until completely set. If you want it firm enough to flip, freeze it for 15 minutes immediately before eating. MACROS Whole dish: 1,158 kcal | 114.5 g protein | 77.9 g carbs | under 41 g fat Half: 579 kcal | 57.2 g protein | 39 g carbs | under 20.5 g fat The optional extra 5–10 ml of almond milk adds only 1–2 calories to the whole dish. DISH SIZE 19 × 14 × 5 cm externally and 17 × 12 × 4 cm internally (7.5 × 5.5 × 2 in externally and 6.7 × 4.7 × 1.6 in internally) NOTE: I only make it look this pretty because social media has no attention span. If you’re just making it to eat, mix everything together. The whole point is to stop being afraid of foods you enjoy. #highprotein #dieting #fitness
