Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich🥪 All you need is: • soft sandwich roll or brioche bun • thinly sliced beef • onion, sliced • American cheese • heavy cream • vegetable oil •Salt, to taste •Black pepper, to taste •Smoked paprika How To Make: 1. Make the cheese sauce Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the American cheese slices and stir until completely melted and smooth. Set aside. 2. Cook the onion and beef Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until soft and lightly golden. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, black pepper, and a little smoked paprika. 3. Add the cheese sauce Pour a little of the cheese sauce over the beef and onions. Mix everything together and let it cook for a few minutes until the flavors come together. 4. Assemble the sandwich Lightly toast the sandwich bun in the pan. Fill it generously with the cheesy beef and onion mixture. Drizzle plenty of warm cheese sauce over the top.
