So Luis and Renata are a brother and sister who have been living and surviving in East Harlem after the, you know, zombie apocalypse. And at the beginning of the season. they cross paths with Maggie and Negan. "She said drop your weapons" Luis and Renata have been through some real trauma together and it's made them very, very close. And you know, they were like the yin and the yang. Like they fill in where the other, you know, can't. They complement each other's strengths. Renata she's the leader. She's the organizer. And Luis, relies heavily on her for that. "it's not worth it" Luis, he's the doctor. He's the healer. He's a thinker. And he's very cerebral. I think it takes incredible patience and a sense of calm to be a doctor and to walk through the universe. Everything is so fraught. It's high stakes. It's high adrenaline.
