Paleta Paradise 🥭🥥🍓 creamy coconut milk, sweet vanilla, juicy mango, and sugary strawberry✨ Growing up in a small town in Alaska I didn’t know what a paleta was until I moved here to San Antonio and became a teacher. As a end-of-year celebration the school gave all of the students and staff paletas. I remember being stuck in my classroom doing last minute grading during the celebration time and a couple of my students asked me what paleta I wanted. I had no idea what a paleta was so I told them, “just any flavor” and they brought back one of each flavor😂 I’ve been obsessed with paletas ever since and to me, they’re such a summer staple!
