I honestly wasn't sure

Let’s cut up the full Summer Nostalgia soap collection while I update y’all on where I’ve been! I normally don’t talk much about what it’s like running a small business by yourself but here’s a little insight on the not-so-pretty. When a customer isn’t happy there’s only one person to blame and there’s only one person that can try to make it right. That can be a very heavy load but I wouldn’t trade it for anything because running this business is overall such a massive blessing. All I can do is my best to make it right, if your order was affected you should have received an email from me personally updating you and letting you know the steps I’m taking to make up for the delays. To those whose response has been kind and understanding, thank you so very much. And to those whose response was a bit less than positive, still, thank you so very much— your feelings are completely valid and I truly understand and I am still so very thankful for the opportunity to make it right.
