Queen cakes Something about a cold winters day screams for a queen cake dipped in tea or coffee and these cakes will have you reaching for a third👀 I use this exact recipe for my tray bake as well and it bakes perfectly each time. INGREDIENTS: 3/4 cup butter/rama (I use Rama) 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp vanilla essence 4 eggs 1 1/4 cup milk 2 1/2 cups flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt •Add butter, sugar, oil and vanilla to bowl of your mixer and beat until light in colour and fluffy (+-15 minutes) •Add eggs and whisk until fully incorporated. •Add milk and dry ingredients and mix until smooth and no lumps. •Spoon out into lined cupcake pan. Top with sprinkles and bake at 160-180° for 20-25minutes. #fyp #EasyRecipe
