When you've been taking blood tests as long as I have, you kind of become a hater. These are some eggs I have that are rationally pissed me off in a glass. First one, any core workout centered around working your hip flexors. There are some core workouts that are so hard to like feel and engage your core in that it just goes straight to your hip flexors and instructors, I know you know what I'm talking about because the longer you do it, the the more you realize like what body parts you're working out, like anything with a leg extension We do one that's like kind of you're working your head flexors a bit. It's like okay, all right, but then you do more. You're just like, okay, I'm going to like kill you or kill myself. I don't know. Whatever comes first. The instructor makes you do a move that involves more coordination rather than actual just like workout. So, if we're doing lunge and you're like, okay, now we're going to do kicks and you're like, okay, I can do kicks and then you're like, okay, actually now we're going to hold that leg and then we're going to sweep it forward. And then so now I'm balancing and I'm like, okay, okay, my leg hurts, my leg hurts and then you're my leg is basically so fatigue that I feel like I'm going to fall over and then you're like, okay, we're going to hold that leg back and we're going to pull like, no, babe. No, it's a no for me. It's a no. Um this is a specific to um a catfish off the back. I don't feel like I need to say anymore, but again, as long as I've been doing these freaking classes and it's always hard. That movie is always I can I've never done that movie and felt like super like, oh yeah, like I got this. like no, you Q catfish. I'm immediately get it. I'm I'm walking out. Bye. Bye. I'm gone. Bye. This has happened to me literally more times than I can count. But if we're in a move and you're like, come on guys, you can do anything for two minutes. Girl, what? No, we're we're here for two minutes. Like don't tell me that. Don't tell me that. No, what the fuck? Or um one time I was taking a lunch, we're classing the structure. was like, we're here for 20. I was like, bitch. Who was here for 20? because I'm not. I'm dropping this plan. Absolutely not. I know that the playlist is like very instructor specific and everybody likes what they like and it's okay to have a good mix of everything. But if the entire playlist is like super popy like pop radio hits, like like no, babes. I need rap, I need house, I need beats, like give me something here because I I don't want to listen to Britney Spears singing Womanizer. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I No. No. When the class is harder because it's more complicated and not necessarily because it's actually effective. Like, burn out my muscle, don't just give me another variation. Like if we're doing lunges, okay, let's post the lung, let's get one inch lower. Let's not add like a curvy and a leg cake and are some instructors that can do this very effortlessly to the point where you're just like, yes, we're adding variation, but there's still the move itself is simple enough and it's basic enough that I feel my muscle burning. Like we're doing a I feel my quad, I feel my glutes, I feel my hamstrings, you know, we need to feel, but you know what I'm saying? Like, do you ever have those instructions that make it so complicated and then they're like, guys, I know this is really hard, but like you got it. Like we're here for we're here for eight more counts, like you got it and I'm just like No, this isn't hard. You're just making me move in crazy places and I'm not feeling it. Okay, that was long and super pinned. Um, and I definitely can think of more of these. These are just like ones that were weighing on me this morning. bangs. Bye.
