Solidcore hot takes. I just hit 100 Solidcore classes taken. So I thought I would give you my hot takes. Okay, best exercise leg press where you're laying down and it's really heavy and you're pressing with your heel on the black side. Worst exercise, crossover carriage lunge. I don't think I don't think crossover carriage lunges should be allowed. They are dangerous to myself and everyone around me. Honorable mention, heavy low row we finished on that today. Mwah, chef's kiss. Okay, another hot take is that I choose what machine I want to work out on based on the speakers above it. So I never want to go on a machine where the speaker is directly above it because if we're standing up, I'm pretty tall, then I'm getting like blasted six inches away from my head with music and I can't do that. So I always pick a machine that's in between two of the speakers. And my last hot take I'll leave you with, and I mean this with the utmost respect. If you don't wear socks to Solidcore, you're a little bit gross.
