7-minute score vs a normal expansion score🍞✨ I tested a loaf scored 7 minutes into baking against a loaf scored before baking, and I personally prefer the 7-minute score because the expansion looks much cleaner and more controlled. It’s a really simple technique, but I love the result it gives.
