SUGAR WAX TUTORIAL
great for sensitive skin
All you need is sugar, a
lemon and water.
In your pot, you're gonna
add one full cup of sugar,
one fourth cup of lemon
juice and one fourth cup
of water.
Bring everything to a boil
on medium to high heat
and you're gonna let that
boil for about five to 10
minutes.
You want the wax to turn
into this light brown colour
without burning it.
To test if the wax is ready,
you can pour a little bit in
ice cold water
and if you can pick it up in
one piece and kinda play
around with it,
then you're good to go
again.
Don't burn it and don't let
it get too dark,
otherwise it will not work
and the wax will not stick
to your skin.
Then just pour the wax
into some glass containers
and give it about 10
minutes to solidify a little
bit.
After that, just test a little
bit on your finger first
and if you're able to tolerate the heat,
then you're good to start
waxing.
Make sure you pat your
armpits dry first
because if they're a little
bit wet
then the wax will not stick
to your skin.
Sugar wax is amazing for
sensitive skin because it
won't irritate it,
and it's also really
moisturizing.
It's also completely non-
toxic and so cheap to make.

Best nontoxic hair removal option!👇🏻 ✨totally natural and nontoxic + very cheap to make ✨leaves your skin super soft and moisturized ✨so effective at pulling out thick short hair ✨can be used on legs, armpits, bikini area, face ✨better & longer lasting results compared to shaving Tip: if the wax solidifies too much before you're done, pop it in the microwave for ~10 seconds, it'll return back to any smoother consistency! RECIPE: 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup lemon juice (or lime juice) 1 cup sugar OR 60ml water 60ml lemon juice (or lime juice) 240ml sugar Add all the ingredients to your pot on medium/high heat. Let boil until the top becomes brown. NOTE: do NOT burn the wax otherwise it will not work. Pour the wax in glass containers and let cool. Once it has reached wax consistency, test a little on your finger and if the temperature is tolerable start waxing. TIP: pat your armpits dry before so the wax can stick. To remove the excess wax in your pot and glass containers, boil some water in them and it melts off :) #sugarwax #sugarwaxtutorial
