My parents live in a small village in the French countryside and I'm visiting them for a couple weeks. And today is farmer's market day. So I'm gonna check it out. This village I'm going to is about a 30 minute bike ride away. So I'm getting in my physical activity for the morning. I love this castle. It's so pretty. I've made it to the entrance. I'm gonna bike to this little farm store that's open every single day. Gonna get all my dairy products. I don't wanna get too much because I have to bike home, so I don't want my bag to be too heavy. I got everything I was looking for. I'm gonna hydrate before the bike ride back. This is a hibiscus adrenal mocktail that I made yesterday. It's so good. I'm gonna hope that my dairy products don't go bad because it's so hot. I'm home. It's so hot, but I'm so glad I went. That was so nice.
