THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING 👇 If you’ve had that feeling of: “I can’t keep doing this”… but also… “I can’t just leave.” For a long time, I thought the problem was the job. But what really kept me stuck was how much of me was tied to it. My identity. My worth. My sense of “enough.” So instead of blowing up my life… 👉 This is what I changed: • I stopped tying my self-worth to my performance. I stopped making every outcome mean something about who I was. Little by little, I separated my identity from how I performed on any given day. • I did my job well, but stopped over-giving. I stopped saying yes to everything, over-delivering to prove myself, and carrying things that weren’t mine. • I let “good enough” actually be enough. Not everything needed to be perfect. I focused on what mattered - and let the rest be done, not perfect. • I created space in my day that wasn’t owned by work. Time that wasn’t about being productive - walks, thinking, doing nothing - just something that felt like mine again. • I started figuring out who I was outside of it. What I like, what I want, what matters to me - without my job being the answer to everything. Nothing dramatic changed overnight. Same job. Same life on paper. But it started to feel… lighter. Because when your identity isn’t fully tied to your work, you don’t feel as trapped by it. And that creates space for the things that actually matter. That was the shift for me. You don’t need to quit immediately to feel better. You can start doing the inner work - and then decide.
