Why it worked

The video effectively combines a popular fitness niche (glute growth) with a clear demonstration of exercises using gym equipment. The use of on-screen text to label each exercise makes it easy to follow, and the inclusion of a discount code provides a direct incentive for viewers interested in fitness apparel.

Summary

The video demonstrates a cable workout routine focused on glute growth, featuring exercises like squats, RDLs, reverse lunges, wide stance RDLs, and sumo squats. The creator uses a cable machine to perform these exercises and includes a call to action with a discount code for a clothing brand.
