I've been a naturally skinny girl my entire life. And let me tell you the secret that a lot of naturally thin girls will not tell you. So no, I am not just speaking from my own experience, but I'm also not speaking for every single naturally thin person's experience. The truth is, she's probably not eating enough. I'm not eating enough. That is the truth. When my stomach looks like this all day long, I am not eating enough. And when I had friends who got stomachs down to looking like this too, it's always when we're under eating, we're not eating enough. Which means that we also tend to feel like crap. The older that you get, the less your body can endure that stuff. I remember when I was a teenager and if I didn't eat anything for a good period of time, I felt perfectly fine. And that was also why I wouldn't eat anything, cause I didn't feel like I needed to. I didn't feel hungry. So I was like, okay, I won't eat. See, all those really naturally thin people eating whatever they want is because for the most part, we're not really eating. Not every thin woman, but a lot of thin women, they like to pride themselves on. No, like, I truly do eat whatever I want, whenever I want. And it's like, yeah, that's true. And it's not enough food. That's why your stomach is always flat. It's not always pleasant, either. So yesterday I went to. And I'm trying to eat more. It's literally, I'm forcing myself to eat this. I'm not that hungry right now. Yesterday I went out to a museum, and I did not eat anything before I left the house. So I grabbed myself some trail mix, because my body used to be able to tolerate that. And so I ate some trail mix in the car, and then when I'm in the car, I start feeling kind of carsick because I'm starving. My physical body is starving, and mentally, I'm just not that hungry, but I'm gonna feel like crap if I don't eat something. So we have to go and we grab me a burger, which is not exactly healthy, and I'm not entirely health conscious like that, but I have high cholesterol due to my genetics and my eating habits, so I'm trying not to do stuff like that. But I was so hungry, like, I needed to eat something. Now, I hope nobody sees this and thinks, like, you know, this is promoting ED. Like, I'm literally trying to do the opposite with that. It's not that I've ever had an eating disorder. I've only just ever been the kind of person who forgets to eat. Like, I hyper fixate on things. My body naturally just doesn't send me that extreme of hunger signals until I'm really, really hungry. That's how my body operates. But I'm saying this because I don't want people to think it's a moral failing that you can't get your stomach to be extremely flat. I don't have more self-discipline than you. That's the thing. A lot of people have to exercise a lot of self-discipline because otherwise they're gonna overeat or whatever. I'm not exercising any of that, and that doesn't make me morally superior to anybody. So when you see a girl being like, oh, I'm just naturally thin like this and I eat whatever I want, take that with the biggest, largest grain of salt you've ever seen. A Salt Lick.
