if you’ve been here since the start, you’ll know🤣🤍 (also i did NOT mean to pour that much cream on my dads portion lol!) (serves x2 / or 1!) you’ll need: - 2 fresh peaches / nectarines - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon - 1tbsp maple syrup (for the topping): - 1/2 cup rolled oats - a handful of pecans, chopped - 2tbsp olive oil (or any other oil you prefer!) - 3tbsp honey / maple syrup (to serve): - greek yogurt (i use fage 5%!) method: 1. begin my slicing around the pip of the nectarine / peach and twist to release. remove the pip and slice the fruit into slim wedges. 2. place into a mini baking dish and add in the maple syrup and cinnamon. roughly stir through. 3. pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c (160 fan). 4. meanwhile, prepare the topping by placing the oats, pecans, olive oil and honey in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. 5. once the fruit has finished pre cooking, remove from the oven and spoon over the oat topping until evenly distributed. 6. place back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. 7. serve whilst warm with a dollop of greek yogurt or in my dads case, a generous pouring of cream ahahah. enjoy xxx🍑 #breakfast #breakfastideas #yogurt #yogurtbowl #peach
