turns out toast is kinda chic

back by popular demand😘 you’ll need: - 1 slice (or however many you want) fresh white bread - 3 eggs - pinch of sea salt - 1tbsp butter - 1tbsp pesto - shaved parmesan - black pepper - a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil method: 1. begin by whisking the eggs and sea salt in a small bowl until combined. melt the butter in a pan on a high heat. 2. pour in the eggs and using a wooden spoon / spatula, begin slowly dragging the eggs around the pan, lifting it off the heat as you go. once you have cooked the eggs slightly, lower the heat and continue slowly folding the eggs. 3. shake the pan as you go. 4. once the eggs have just cooked, remove from the heat to make sure they don’t overcook. 5. meanwhile, slice and lightly toast your bread. 6. spread the pesto all over the toast and top with the warm scrambled eggs. 7. shave the parmesan all over and top with some cracked black pepper… 8. and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil! enjoy xxx🥚 #EasyRecipes #eggs #toast #breakfast #lunch
