Why it worked

The video leverages the popular 'grocery haul' format, which provides high utility and relatability, combined with the creator's fitness-focused persona that keeps the audience engaged.

Summary

The creator performs a grocery haul, showcasing various food items she purchased for the week. She briefly explains the nutritional benefits of some items while organizing them on her counter.

Structure

1Introduction to grocery haul
2Showcasing produce and nutritional benefits
3Showcasing pantry items and proteins
4Concluding remarks on the haul

Product placement

Sprouts Farmers Market (appears as a bag logo, does not act); Manuka Honey (acts as a featured grocery item); Lily's (acts as a featured grocery item); Purely Elizabeth (acts as a featured grocery item); Safe Catch (acts as a featured grocery item); Nancy's (acts as a featured grocery item); Chobani (acts as a featured grocery item). None of these products are the subject of the video; the video is a grocery haul showcasing various food items. Removing the brand names would not change the video's content as it is a generic grocery haul.
