THE FUTURE

The future does not exist. It never did. The past. The past is what it was. Your mind. Your mind is only at peace when it's in the present. You only have right now. We go through life thinking that the future is something. Something that we can somehow mold; something that is ours to shape. It's not. The only thing that you have right now is your experience, your perspective; you. You. That's all that will ever exist for you. Yes, you. Yes, you may have access to. You may ownership of this item right now. But when you are gone, it no longer belongs as though it never was. As though it never was yours to have. The only thing this life is guaranteed to you is you. So why waste it being something you're not? Why waste it carrying the facade? Why waste it baggage that doesn't even have your name on it? Look. Look at all this beauty we have to enjoy. The world has experienced so many, so many things. It has never experienced you. Let us know you. Let us find out what you be. There's so many things in this world that would not exist if somebody just kept it to themselves 'cause they were so scared. If Louis Armstrong stayed in the closet, I wouldn't know how. Sky's. Sky's of blue clouds of white. I wouldn't know. You might be the best painter if you just step out the fucking damn. Try. Try something. Be yourself. I promise. I promise it will. I'm telling you this from experience.
