⬇️ If you want a job offer, ask these questions in your next job interview. ⚠️WARNING before I give you the best questions to ask to impress them and get them to want to hire you, let me tell you the one question to NEVER ask. ❌ At the end of a job interview when they say, “Do you have any questions for us?” NEVER say, “Are there any reasons why you wouldn’t want to hire me?” Because 1) they are not going to be honest with you and 2) you’re just planting seeds of doubt in their mind asking them to come up with your bad qualities. Yes, I know- I have heard that this is a great way for you to get them to tell you their concerns so you can counter their objections but that rarely works. I would rather end the job interview on a high note by impressing them with great, well researched questions about them. 👉Watch this video Anna Papalia for the full break down 👈 👀Ok, so here’s the list: ▪️Why is the position open? ▪️What’s your management philosophy? ▪️ Can you explain to me the dynamics of the team? ▪️ What projects are you currently working on that I could help you with? ▪️ How do you think this role will evolve with me in it? ▪️ What are you most excited about? ▪️ I’m sure your clients are very pleased with your work, can you tell me more about that launch you did in March? ▪️ How could I set myself up for success? ▪️ Is there anything I could do to prepare for this role that I haven’t done already? ▪️ What advice would you give someone like me starting out in their career? ▪️ What’s one thing you wish you knew when you started working her? ▪️ What’s the biggest disappointment you’ve faced with a client? ▪️ What specifically are you looking for in your next executive vice president (whatever the title is of the job you are applying)? ▪️ What are your goals for this position and how do you define its success? ▪️ Do you feel valued here?
