Transcript
Last night my daughter asked me, what summer camp did you go to when you were a kid? And I said, I didn't go to summer camp when I was a kid. We were poor. And she said, what? Summer camp costs money. And I was like, yeah, your summer camp costs like $6,000, $9,000. And she was genuinely shocked. She thought that summer camp was just like school, like everyone went. And I was like, no, you actually go to like fancy rich kids summer camp. And she said, wait, where rich? And it just goes to prove yet again that privilege is invisible to those who have it.
