Dunkin just released a couple of new tiramisu syrup drinks for their fall menu and they all sound so delicious so obviously we have to recreate them at home. But first today I'm gonna show you guys how to make the tiramisu syrup for the drinks. To make the syrup I'm starting off by combining a 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup water, and a pinch of salt. And I heat this all on medium heat. Once the brown sugar was completely melted, I went in with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. And here I'm just giving that all a mix. And I let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. Next, I'm just taking the syrup off the heat. First, I'm going in with 1/2 tablespoon of coffee extract. Anyways, next I'm also adding in a tiny splash of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. Here I just whisked everything together to make sure everything was fully incorporated. Once the syrup was completely cooled, I poured it into a bottle. By the way, the syrup should be good in the fridge for about 2 to 3 weeks. Anyways, here is our tiramisu syrup. Stay tuned to see how to use the syrup to recreate the Dunkin drinks at home.
