How we maintain our 8 3D printers we have 8 printers and they need a lot of maintenance do you wanna see first my dad vacuums inside to remove any dust and leftover filament he also cleans the AMS and the nozzle fan this quick step helps keep everything clean because dust can affect our prints next next, he lubricates the idler pulley then he cleans the grease off the Z axis screw using IPA and a clean cloth after after that he cleans the carbon rods then he applies a thick layer of we even use a little grease tool that we 3D printed to make it easier he checks to make sure everything is running smooth every few months depending on how many hours we print we also replace the nozzle with a new one and when the silicone sock is that's usually a good sign that it's time for a new nozzle and that's it all eight printers are clean maintained and ready for their next shift
