Let's make a crockpot dinner that actually cooks all day. Everybody's always asking for a crockpot dinner you can actually leave all day long and here is one for you. First thing I'm going to do is spray the bottom of my crockpot. And I'm using chicken and once I put the chicken in, I don't want to touch it, so I season the bottom of my crockpot. Use some garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, onion butter every time, and some pepper. All right, this is over two pounds of chicken tenders and I'm going to use like a pound and a half. If you don't know how to get the tendon out of your tender, hold it by the paper towel, take your fork, this one fell one time, and pull. Season them on the top with the same seasonings. Add two cups of broth, I have stock, but use whatever you like. I'm making dinner for you. I'm going to add a big spoonful of garlic, charlic, whatever you want to call it. And I'm going to pour in a jar of sun-dried tomatoes with the oil and all. All right, then I'm going to cover this up and let it cook for eight hours. Don't lock your crockpot unless you're carrying it somewhere. All right, this has been cooking for eight hours. My chicken's pretty much shredded up. And now I'm going to add two cups of orzo. And then we're going to put in a block of Boursin, or maybe a a cylinder of Boursin. All right, I'm just going to let that cook for about 30 minutes. I would add spinach, but then I think my kids wouldn't eat it, but if it was for adults or people who would eat spinach, I would absolutely add some in there. That is super creamy, so easy to put together and is a recipe that really cooks in eight hours, so you don't have to worry about it. You can dump it and leave it and finish it when you get home. If you make it, I hope you enjoy it.
