Replying to @jhumiealasong I’m genuinely so overwhelmed by the love and positivity in the comments after my announcement. Thank you. ❤️ Truthfully, I was so skeptical about sharing this part of my journey now. A part of me wanted to wait until the building was completely finished before saying anything. But then I reminded myself that the whole reason I wanted to do this series was to build in public. Not just to show you the beautiful finished result, but to carry you along through the process—the decisions, the work, the mistakes, the waiting, the wins and everything in between. There are several reasons I chose to share this journey. I’m building my brands, building my personal brand, positioning my businesses for bigger partnerships, but more importantly, I want my journey to inspire someone. So if you’re an entrepreneur, a fashion designer, a creative, or simply someone trying to build something from the little you have, I want you to know this: IT IS POSSIBLE. Your journey will require many things, grace, patience, money , consistency, sacrifice, learning and sometimes starting again. But please, never underestimate where your handiwork can take you. Sometimes, people make entrepreneurship look like it isn’t enough. Like you need to be doing something “bigger” or have everything figured out before you can build the life you dream about. I am living proof that your skill can become a business. Your business can become a brand. And that brand can open doors you once only prayed about. It didn’t happen overnight for me. It has taken years of work, mistakes, lessons, tears, prayers and simply refusing to stop. And seeing all of you genuinely rejoicing with me today means more than I can explain. As you have celebrated with me, I pray that very soon, I will have a reason to celebrate YOU too. May God open those secret doors you have been praying about. May the things you’ve been working quietly for finally become things you can celebrate loudly. Thank you so much for celebrating this chapter with me. ❤️ And this is only the beginning.
