Today we're going over the right and wrong way to make an iced latte. Did you know the order of your iced latte ingredients matter? Putting the ice in last keeps the espresso smooth, helps syrups blend perfectly, and prevents everything from clumping up. Now, we're doing something shocking the espresso, which leads it to be a little bit more than it would be if we did this the right way. Now your drinks cold. When you try and add things like syrups and sauces, flavors don't have the opportunity to mix with the espresso. Getting clumpy drink of crap. Then your milk goes in the same, but you can kind of see how the drinks not really mixing together. It looks like it could be a latte, but it could be made way better. Now making it correctly with our syrups and sauces to make sure that the espresso has a chance to mix with the flavors that we wanted to. You can see how the heat from the espresso allows the flavors to infuse with it. You are much better coffee taste. Now to close it out, add our milk and our ice. Top there you have it.
