From scratch with chef Amors episode 3 One ingredient- CASSAVA - homemade boba In this episode of my From Scratch series, I’m showing you how to make boba from scratch. All you need Cassava turn to cassava starch Mix the cassava starch with cocoa powder , water and brown sugar , cook on medium low till it forms a sticky dough then add more cassava starch and knead to form a dough. Cut into smaller sizes and mould into tiny balls. Cook boba pearls in water for 30 mins and strain In a pan , add brown sugar and water plus cooked boba pearls stir gently for few minutes and set aside For the milk tea, Caramelize sugar with black tea and add milk. Let it simmer for some minutes strain.
