In this episode of my From Scratch series, I’m showing you how to use powdered milk to make 1. HOMEMADE YOGURT 1 cup powdered milk 1 cup room temperature water 1 cup hot water Culture Sweetened as desired 2. HOMEMADE CONDENSED MILK Ingredients 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2 cups powdered milk Boil for 7 minutes, blend and then refrigerate 3. HOMEMADE EVAPORATED MILK Ingredients 2 cups powdered milk 4 cups of water Cook down till reduced and very creamy thick with a red milky color Strain and it’s ready 4. HOMEMADE MILK TOFFEE 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 2 cups powdered milk 1/2 cup butter Fry away and cut into desired sizes 🥂 5. HOMEMADE MILK BALLS 2 cups water 2 cups sugar and 8 powdered milk 6. MILK ROLLS 2 cups flour 1/2 tbsp yeast Salt 1/ 2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon vinegar 7. FULL CREAM MILK 3 tablespoons powdered milk 1 cup water 8.
