Okay, so I did the viral trend of lunch in my city and what came up was Cardoon in Sylvan Lake, the sister company to Sylvan Table. Picked up my food, about to do the review in some discretion. The place is very cute inside. A very European, very adorable. But we need some privacy so we don't get stared at while I eat my food. Misophonia alert eating sounds. I eat my food. The sandwich that was suggested to me, and this is the oh hi this day sandwich. I added some hot honey, of course, because I love a little bit of a savory sweet moment. It's very saucy, girl, my alley. Some ciabatta, lettuce, peppers, salami, cheese, and hot honey. This thing is huge. I'm gonna have to unhinge my jaw to bite into it. First bite. Nah. Mine. Mhm, mhm. Mhm, mhm. Top tier sandwich. Delicious. Adding the hot honey was the right move. Mmm. Mhm. I love that this trend has paid off for me because sometimes trends just don't pay off.
