Hook

This is the only hack you're gonna need when it comes to making a sourdough pumpkin. You are going to need to use a neutral oil. I like using avocado oil and soak the twine before doing your sourdough pumpkin. When the twine is soaked in oil, it is not going to stick to your loaf during the bake, so when it is done out of the oven, it is going to be super easy to be able to get it off without sticking to the loaf. So you don't want to tie it too tight, just enough to where it gives a little bit of resistance against the loaf. And then when the loaf is cooled a bit, see how easy that comes right off. If you've ever done a loaf without soaking it in oil, you will know that it's not quite that easy. So this is something that I do every single time. And then I use a cinnamon stick as the little stem of the pumpkin. And this is going to go to a friend. So I'm putting it in my favorite bread bag from Siss and Co. Collective. Now I hope this tip comes in handy this fall baking season. Make sure to save this video and tag a friend that can use it. This is going to be for a friend.
