Copilot already sits inside your mail and calendar, so there's nothing to connect. Run each of these once in Copilot chat, then hover over it in your history and pick Schedule this prompt. 1| The inbox triage Read everything that arrived in the last 12 hours. Sort it into needs me, needs a reply I can approve, and noise. For the second group write the reply in my voice and leave it as a draft. Never send. 2| The receipt pile Open my receipts folder, read the new files, and pull date, supplier, amount, tax and category into rows for my expense sheet. Skip anything unreadable and list it separately instead of guessing. 3| The morning brief Every day at 7am: news in my industry from the last 24 hours, my calendar in order with what I need ready for each meeting, what I said I'd do yesterday and didn't, and anything waiting on a reply from me. One page. 4| The weekly recap Every Monday, review last week against my baseline. What beat it, what died, what those two groups have in common. One recommendation for the week, not five. Heads up before you build: scheduled prompts need the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, cap at ten, and your admin has to allow optional connected experiences. Number 2 stays manual, scheduled prompts can't reach OneDrive or Excel. Save this, then set up number 1 first. That's the one you feel the next morning. #copilot #microsoftcopilot #microsoft365 #aitools #aiproductivity
