We started working together at 4 months post-op. He came to me with no real plan for how he was actually getting back to football 🏈 At 5 months, he ran pain free for the first time since surgery At 6 months, he was sprinting (fast) At 7 months, his Biodex numbers came back at 87% quad symmetry and 88% hamstrings At 8 months, he's back on the field running drills and easing into practice with his team Now I'll be 100 honest with you… Most people's rehab won't look like this. The guy's an elite athlete, and honestly, he is one of the most consistent and hardest working members I’ve ever had. That's the whole reason these numbers move the way they do But that’s kind of the point… there's still no reason you shouldn't be seeing progress month to month So keep going. Do the work. This isn't easy, and nobody said it would be. But getting back to the active person you were before the injury? Worth every bit of it. → Follow @kontextacl for more ACL rehab value 💎
