I did the impossible and grew my curly hair to my booty. And before I tell you how I did it, I want you to comment below and tell me what you think I did. Because how I got here is not how I thought I would get here. First of all, I want you to get this straight. This video is not a how-to grow your curly hair video. I'm saying that because a lot of hairstylists are going to see these tips and they're going to advise you to not do any of them. I'm going to go for a really glowy look today, so I'm going in with L'Oréal Lumi Bronze. The first thing you're going to do is to take your quarterly trim cycle and throw it in the trash. Sorry, but if you have healthy hair trimming your hair going longer is not going to help grow it. I have told people in the past, maybe you want to clock this for yourself. But if you have very damaged hair, you might need to get some more trims up front. But if you're taking good care of your curls, it's just a lie that you need to go every 10, 12 weeks. I go every six to eight months. Now, when you go to the hair salon, you also want to make sure that Rodial Blush Drops is the most glowy blush you will ever use. That you are not letting your hairstylist bully you into cutting your hair shorter. Go in there, be a woman, be in yourself. Show them this video. I don't care. Let me be the bad guy. You're just going to say, no, thank you. I'm on a growth journey. I just want it to be shaped and trimmed. And speaking, I really need to shape but right now. So if you've seen any of my videos in the last month, no, you didn't. The glow. Hello. You're really enhance possibilities to never straighten your hair. Yes, I mean, never. Actually, I'm not a anti-straight person. Like I actually do think that like if you want to straighten your hair is to straighten your hair. But I will say, I never straighten my hair. Maybe once a year and if I do it, it's on the lowest heat setting. I do everything. Make sure that my hair is protected. I don't have any mascara on and I think it's kind of cute today. But I'm filming other stuff and I know if I don't put any on, I will regret it. Jones Road brown mascara. Another thing that has worked exponentially in my growth has been to really get serious about bonding treatments. I love bonding treatments because they're not necessarily treatments. My protein sensitive hair does not have any issues with it. And also bonding treatments are like all the rage right now. And literally every brand makes some type of bonding treatment. And there are some that are better than others though, I must say. Bonding treatments are great because any damage hair will be reversed when you do bond treatments consistently. I put some of my favorites up on the screen. They're also listed in my storefront. Realizing I completely forgot to put concealer on, but like doesn't anyway. I will also always tell you to hit home a nice, healthy protein filled diet. Not only for your hair, but for your body. If you're hungry all the time, I can make a whole another video about that. Eat more protein. Your hair, your skin, everything is going to look better. You will feel really have prioritized protein as my hair has grown and not like purposely that is pretty dang big factor. That is what I did to help my hair really get length. Literally every day. I'm clearly onto something.
