Most people don't realize that if you have an anterior pelvic tilt it could be one of the reasons your stomach sticks out more than it should. The good news is that improving your pelvic alignment may help improve its appearance. Try this position to start the stretch. Pull up a chair. Lie down on the floor and elevate one of your legs at 90 degrees. Opposite leg straight out. Toes pointed back, hands out to your sides. Palms up and take deep breaths into your stomach. Hold this position for about 10 minutes on each side. This position helps remove rotation from the hips and the pelvis. Gently corrects anterior pelvic tilt. Restores your low back into a more neutral position and helps even out imbalances between the left and the right hips.
