This is everything I eat in a day focusing on protein and fiber. Breakfast 8:45 AM. I add a chia pudding bowl with all the goodies on top. This has been one of my favorite high protein, high fiber breakfasts. Ran some errands and then came home to make lunch. It's been so hot out so I was craving a salad. I added some chicken, some carrots, and some Westbrae organic black beans. I always add these in because they're USDA certified organic and non-GMO project verified and non-BPA lining. And such a great way to add in fiber. I added some avocado, some dressing, some sweet potatoes. This was such a delicious lunch. Then I made a new recipe I've been so excited to try. Brownies made with garbanzo beans, which are also another name for chickpeas. I used my Westbrae organic garbanzo beans for these. They turned out so good. You would truly never believe these were made with beans. Dinner 7 PM. I was craving tacos so I made taco bowls. I used some ground beef, then used my Westbrae organic black beans, corn, sweet potatoes, avocado, and some greens. This was so simple to make but so delicious. Sweet treat 8:30 PM. I need a sweet treat every single night so of course I had to make my chickpea brownies. I topped it off with some Greek yogurt, honey, and raspberries.
