Million Dollar Pound Cake is a MUST MAKE!! Cake Recipe Cake Ingredients: • 1 c butter, room temperature (salted) • 3 c sugar • 6 eggs • 3 ½ c all-purpose flour, sifted • 1 c sour cream, room temperature • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or extract • 1 tsp almond extract Instructions: 1. Grease a 16-cup tube pan. 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add eggs 1 at a time. 4. Alternate adding flour and sour cream starting and ending with the flour. 5. Stir in extracts. 6. Preheat oven to 300, hydrate batter for 15 minutes then give a mix by hand and transfer to prepared tube pan. Bake for 1 hour 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out center mostly clean. 7. Out the oven allow cake to cool in pan for 10-15 minutes then invert onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
