I was in for a luck - I wanted to keep dinner even easier this week as we adjust to our new routine with kids starting school and my TJ’s finally had these nobu dupe miso black cod in stock!! Texture was GREAT - seasoning could use some work lol. If you used all the marinade it would be waaaay too sweet, but without using all the marinade, it lacked flavor. So maybe use half of the marinade and add some salt or soy sauce to the fish? 🤔
