I thought churros were difficult to make until I tried and the best part I made them without even using an oven. Start by adding water, sugar, and butter to a saucepan. Mix everything over medium heat until it starts to boil. Add the flour and keep stirring until you get a smooth firm dough. Take the pan off the heat, then add two eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one. You should end up with a soft but thick dough. Transfer it into a piping bag. Then heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Pipe the churros directly into the hot oil. Fry them until golden and crispy. Now put some sugar in a bowl and coat the churros really well while they're still warm. And look at these golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle with a delicious layer of sugar all over them. They're so easy to make and very delicious.
