Let's make scoopable Nutella filled cookies. You guys, it's currently raining outside, it's dark, it's gloomy, it's depressing. So I thought, what better day to make this? Then today. Okay, let's get started. The first thing you're gonna want to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. My oven is a little broken, so it's at 370, but teach their own. The next thing you're gonna want to do is prepare your Nutella filling. And the way that we're gonna do that is we're gonna scoop out some balls of Nutella and put it on a plate lined with some parchment paper. And we're just gonna refrigerate that until we make our cookie dough balls. So, let's go ahead and do that. Fun fact, I've actually never had Nutella before. So this is my first time. So, I'm gonna do about four scoops. This might be too big, but it's okay for now. Okay, as you can see, they don't have to be perfect. They're all different shapes and sizes, but we're not gonna judge. And actually, to speed up the refrigeration process, I'm gonna put these in the freezer to make sure that they like harden up quickly. In the meantime, while we're waiting for our poops to freeze and for the oven to heat up, we're gonna start with our cookie dough balls. And because I'm lazy, I'm just gonna do some pre-made Toll House cookie dough because it's easier. I don't really know how to open this, so I'm just gonna cut off the end. Okay, actually, here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna cut off about, I don't know, this big. Okay, actually, today is a big ball day. So, we're gonna cut off about that much. Okay, perfect. Transferred it to a paper plate. And then I'm just gonna section this off into four sections. That way we have some equal balls. We would hate for them to be unequal. Okay, now that we have our four sections, we're gonna start rolling these into balls. And we're gonna make sure to leave a little divot. That way we can put the Nutella in them. Once your cookie dough almost looks like little bird's nests, you're gonna want to go ahead and grab your Nutella out of the freezer. They're not gonna be hard as rock, but they are gonna be much easier to roll up into the cookie. Any bit of refrigeration is gonna be perfect. It does not have to be super hard. Okay, now we're gonna use a spoon to scoop up the Nutella and put it into our little nests that we've made. Okay, now the Nutella has made it into the cookie dough. So, we're gonna go ahead and wrap them up to make them solid balls. And it's okay if you don't get them completely sealed. We just need the majority of the way closed. Okay, as you can see, mine are not completely sealed, but that is perfectly okay. Once you form your balls, you're gonna go ahead and grease up our pan so that way we can get to baking. And by the way, I'm just using a cake pan. Any pan works. Now, we're gonna go ahead and line up our balls and I'm gonna place these on their side, like that. That way the open side doesn't end up being exposed once they hit the oven. Okay, now that you have them in the pan, you're gonna place them in the oven again at 350 degrees. And I'm gonna be checking these about every five minutes just to make sure that the inside is still gooey while the top is hard. Because of course, we want them to be able to be scoopable. Thank you guys so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed today's cookie tutorial. Make sure like, comment, follow to all the things. And if you haven't already watched me eating this, go ahead and do that too. Thank you guys so much again for watching. And I'll see you guys in the next video.
