This is what I do every single morning for clear skin and a healthy gut. As someone who used to be perpetually bloated and have horrible hormonal acne. And then I fill up my Hydro Jug. I add Celtic salt in the mornings and evenings. My first supplement is my carrot juice. I make this at home with my juicer. It's whole carrots, turmeric, ginger, pinch of black pepper to activate the turmeric as the base and then I fill the rest up with coconut water, a little bit of lemon juice to keep it fresh in the fridge. This is from Dr. Mercola, specifically for women. Krill oil is omega-3s. It's what you find in healthy fish like salmon. Just makes your skin super glowy. And I finish it off by taking my cranberry. I have this a different from these. They cleanse your urinary tract, they fight off bacteria. This bottle literally comes with 100. I got them from Amazon. I think it was around $12. So very inexpensive. I'm going to sip on this throughout the morning. But after our supplements, we have our breakfast. You're supposed to have a probiotic on an empty stomach, but if you get nauseous and want to do everything else after breakfast, that's fine too.
