You know your hair oiling routine is good when you have to keep constantly chomping your hair off. Featuring my new haircut where I literally took 5 inches off the other day. We're going to brush from the bottom, never from the top. We're going to slowly go up all the way to our scalp. We're getting up that product buildup and we're just getting the blood flow going. Splitting your hair down the middle. And the hair growth oil you choose does matter. I found my favorite. I'm never switching it up ever again. Base of this is Batana oil, which has made my hair grow like crazy compared to rosemary oil, castor oil, anything else. So it's a Batana oil, but it also has coconut, pumpkin seed and rosemary oil. So it has more benefits for moisture, for thickness. It's dripping your way. So from Lebanta, I have it linked to my Amazon storefront. You're not going to drown our scalp in oil. Doing more is not going to give you better results. I do about three little plops of the oil along my scalp. I do this method every single time I oil my hair because you don't want to clog your hair follicles. I see some people putting way too much oil on here. I do about three little plops of the oil along my scalp. Then a new section over here, and three more little drops. My biggest problem area that gets super dry is my scalp right here. So I never skip putting just a few drops of the oil right in that area. And then three little drops. I do one line on the very back of my head. Now that we've applied the oil, that's when I take my scalp massager. I work all of that in going in these little circles. This is getting more blood flow, but it's also distributing the oil. Never forget the nape of your neck. Top of our head and back. You have to be so careful brushing your hair when it's wet because it's super prone to breakage. Just to make sure that that oil is reaching all over my head. I just do a super gentle brush. On the links of our hair, we're not focusing on hair growth. We're not using this. We're just trying to prevent breakage and trying to add moisture back to our hair. Every single time I do this, this way, my ends feel like silk. Now we're going in with the coconut miracle oil from OGX. This also has my ends feeling like silk. If I don't have a mask on hand, or I just feel like doing this, I just do the serum and the Batana oil. You need the tiniest little drop of this stuff and it just instantly revitalizes your hair. Not breaking off at night. And then I put in one of these clips. If you have heavy or long hair, these will be your best friend. I'm going to call to honk, so I'm going to make my hair look somewhat presentable, not tight or pulling on my scalp. I'm just doing my classic bun that I do at least once a day because I can't even feel it sitting on top of my head with one of these clips. Just stick it on the side here. You're going to let this sit for three to four hours, and then we're going to double shampoo. Once is not enough when you have this oil on your head. And for that, I always use the Head & Shoulders Itchy Scalp shampoo as my first cleanse. Double shampoo. It will help your scalp so clean.
