Hello. Here are five more things that if you do them you will feel better. One, you need to accept that the conditions might never be right and that you're just gonna have to do the thing anyway. Do it scared, do it anxious, do it knowing that if it doesn't work out you can try again. Two, be more curious. Be more curious about everything, about the way you're feeling, about the way that you react to things, about the world around you. Embracing curiosity is your route to getting out of black or white thinking. Life is mostly grey and there's a lot of discomfort in there, but that's where the good stuff is. Three, speaking of discomfort, if you continue to remove every piece of discomfort from your life, the only thing you're going to be left with is a very uncomfortable head to be in, and that's not something you can really run from so easily. Comfort is so tempting to be in oftentimes. The things that you want the most might involve having to feel uncomfortable for just a little while. Discomfort is the thing that helps us learn about ourselves and what we want from our lives. Four, know that it is possible to change your outlook on the world and to change your mind about things if you tell yourself something for long enough, you're gonna believe it, and this does include the bad things. If you tell yourself you're a bad person enough times, you will start to believe it. So why not just start trying to tell yourself something good about yourself or the world around you? Because the more you do it, the more it just becomes the default. And five, get off your phone. You don't need to do it forever, but after this video, I would challenge you to just put down your phone for a few minutes. Leave it down, set a timer if you want, go make a cup of tea, stretch, whatever. The world can seem like an extremely overwhelming place when you've been on your phone for too long. If you find yourself feeling completely dissatisfied with your life and everything you have, there's a good chance you've probably been on your phone for too long. Comparison is the thief of joy. Put it down, reset, come back to it later. You're actually not going to miss anything. Okay, that's it. See you. Bye.
