Hello. Here are five more things that if you can bring them into your life, it's gonna make your life a much easier place to be. No. 1: Know and accept that comparison is the thief of joy. Most of the time you are comparing your behind the scenes to someone else's highlight reel, comparing your start to their middle. You never know what it's cost other people to get where they're going. You never know how they're doing behind the scenes themselves. Comparison only works if you actually have the full picture, and that's not something you ever do have. So what's the point? 2. You can do everything right and still not get the outcome that you wanted. That doesn't mean that you failed, it just means that the outcomes were never in your control in the first place. Start to judge yourself on effort, not just results. 3. Learn how to ask for help. Needing help is not a flaw and it is not a weakness, it is information. People who get the furthest in life usually aren't the ones that do everything on their own, they're usually the people that know when to ask for help. 4. Know that you are allowed to be a work in progress. Growth is never going to be linear and you can't allow your setbacks to erase all of the progress that you've already made. Accept that the setbacks are just a part of the process and you can still move forward. 5. There is no universal deadline in place for your life. Pace that someone else is moving at doesn't have anything to do with the pace that is currently right for you. Comparison to a timeline is still a comparison and what did we just say about comparison? Thief of joy. So that's it for now. Take care, see you later, bye.
