Hello. Here are some things that if you do them, you will feel better. 1. Accept that you can never actually know what someone else is thinking. You need to know when to let the sentence stop unless you are explicitly told why something is not the case or is the case you do not know. For example, you don't get the job, you say that I didn't get the job because of this, this and this, would I've been explicitly told that it was those things. Just accept that sometimes you don't know everything and you're not going to know everything. It's fine, it's okay. Life goes on. 2. The best thing you can do online these days is mute someone that you do not want to see. If you don't mute them, you are constantly going to be anticipating seeing them at some point. Okay, it's not always gonna be possible if you share a friend group or if you have mutual, but it's a very easy thing you can do for your digital health to just gain a little bit more control over those things. Maybe it's not time to delete or block someone, but you know what, you can mute them for a while. It's fine, they'll never know. 3. Try and accept that the thing that someone doesn't like about you might just be a projection of something they don't like about themselves. 4. Write down every single thing that you're worried about right now that you are afraid of that is taking up space in your brain. There's only so much the head can hold and the purpose of this exercise is that it's not a to do list. You don't need to check anything off or get anything done. It's just an acknowledgement to yourself of here is all of my shit at the minute. Things can seem really loud and really big when they only exist in our heads. So by putting it onto your page or into your notes app, you get an idea and you're going okay, maybe these things aren't as big as they seem in my head. And 5. Welcome rejection. Every single thing that you probably really want from life is carrying the potential of a no on the other side of that. A no can be a rejection, but every rejection can be a redirection. Woohoo, you're not gonna get your dream job unless you apply for your dream job. Not going to get the opportunity that you wish you had unless you ask for that opportunity. If there's a way to know how many rejections were on the end of you getting the thing that you really want, you would probably keep going for it. So why not? You don't have anything to lose. Get used to hearing it, get used to dealing with it and get used to moving forward with it. Alright, that's it for now. See you.
