"Oh I get up, put my clothes on & go home"

My favorite Dolly Parton joke of all time, which it was hard to pick one because she has a lot of good ones. Um, but it's when she's on this talk show and she's talking to like two hosts and she's sitting there and the guy says to her, okay, what's the first thing you do in the morning when you get out of bed? And she goes, um, you know, I get up, put my clothes on and go home. And everyone laughs and she laughs and whatever. And I open up the comments and there's so many people that I see people do this a lot, like with comedians and entertainers and, you know, whatever. And, you know, the comments are, she's so unintentionally funny. Like, oh my god, she's just, she just doesn't even know how funny she is. And I'm like, no, it's intentional. I promise she's making jokes on purpose. Like she knows how funny she is because she's an entertainer. It also requires a very high level of intelligence to be able to piece together stuff that quickly, like when you get asked a question like that, to immediately go, oh, I just thought of a really funny one, you know, and deliver the inflection, whatever. She knows. She knows. Kind of like, like she knew, she was hilarious. She's hilarious. Um, because, like I said, she was a real entertainer. Do not try to discredit her and be like, oh, like she just had no idea how funny she was. I'm like, no, she knew. She knew. Kind of like, like she knew, she was hilarious.
