This is part 4 of my search for the best Chinese BBQ in Houston. A ton of people in my comment section told me to go to Chung Wang in Katy, TX so I came. He's on my current Chinese BBQ ratings and the cuts that I like from each place. Chung Wang's price is super elite, $13.99 for this three meat combo. I got the crispy pork belly, the char siu or barbecue pork, and roasted duck. The portions are pretty good for this price point. My only complaint is that I only had one piece of roasted duck that had a lot of meat on it. I love the veggies that they gave me. Good flavor and well steamed. This is the pork belly. There was a ton of meat on this which I liked. The only thing is the skin was kind of soggy. This is the only piece of roasted duck that I had that had a lot of meat on it. The meat was really good and tender. Didn't have as much flavor as Wing Kee's. This is probably their best meat, the barbecue pork. Extremely juicy and tender. This was a hard rating for me because of the price. Purely off a taste, I'm gonna give this a 7.8 out of 10. Let me know where to go next in the comments.
