I've just launched my first ever hair syrup shampoo & conditioner! "What does it feel like?" 🥺 I'm so happy to be finally reading a comment like this. Because would you believe me if I told you that these products took over 18 months to develop? That is not because we were lazy or slow. It's because we wanted to get these formulas exactly right. And I had a really specific vision in my head of how I wanted these products to perform and what I wanted them to do. And for the conditioner, one thing that was really important to me was that the texture was right. Because I'm not going to lie, there is nothing I hate more than a watery conditioner. That feels as though it just slips straight off the drain. Whereas the texture of our conditioner is thick, rich, and luxurious. It's definitely not as thick as a hair mask that you'd want to use say once a week. It is literally just the perfect balance. It's not too heavy, not too light, it's just right.
