Business owners stop being too rigid

I heard from my manager that, oh, one of my staff is doing well on Facebook, code that is any money from Facebook and that he uses our camera to shoot and all that is amazing. And then my friend was there, my friend was like, "Ah, why isn't he using your equipment? Isn't it company time? Isn't it company this? Isn't it company that?" And I was like, "Hey, hey, hey. People wait. Even if he's coming time, there was nothing that he was doing that time. So he can use it. The thing is that most of you business owners, you are so rigid. And that's why people are stealing from you. They them well, you will not pay well. Allow them pursue the thing that they have, you will not allow them pursue the thing that they have. How? That small money that he's getting from there, he will use it to augment. He will use it to help his family. That is why he will be there because he can't get it anywhere. He will hardly leave. He can stay there five years, 10 years. Because why? You're giving him exactly what he wants. When you're employing people, you should be looking at this in terms of partnership. Yes, they're your employees, but you guys are partners. When you need them outside working hours, when you need them to stay late, they will still turn off for you. When you need them to be patient with customers, they will still be patient. When you need them to take shit, they will still take shit for you. So if they're going to use your equipment to do, let them do it. Just do it in such a way that they will always tell you before they do it. So that you will know whether they can use it or not. I know how many times my own staff have brought contracts for me. Both of us share money. Contract I will tell him that, come, get out from here. Isn't it your work to be bringing contract? No. So, we will share the money. Because why? If I don't do it like that, the next one, they will not bring it. And they will still do it. And I will not still know. It doesn't matter how many systems I have. I will not still know. They will still use their head. So there are some things you use your brain to do. Forget all those systems. There are some things you use your brain to do. There are ways to keep people around you. And one of such ways is allowing a little freedom. That is what I've helped me in my own business. You can try it in your own. Remember, always test it out before you implement.
