I can feel the creative side of me slowly slipping away because of how much time I shamefully spent on my phone scrolling and I want to fix that. So I want to share with you guys some books that I got and ways that I am getting my creativity back. If you listen and love true crime or just love solving mysteries, you're gonna love this book. It's called Murdo and it's essentially really similar to almost like a crossword puzzle, but it uses a lot of deduction and clues and I love playing this at night instead of going on my phone scrolling. It's the perfect amount of dopamine coming into my brain, but it's not crazy hard. Ten out of ten. I shamefully doom scroll when I have no systems, no organization and I went back to my most productive years and that was when I was in school and I was required to have a physical agenda. So I did end up buying one off Amazon and what I love about this one so much is yes, it has my daily schedule, but it also has habit trackers, water goals, I can put my meals down here. It has a bucket list, a budget list and I also love that it makes you set six months goals for yourself. You have to establish your why, your six months goals and then how you're gonna get there daily, weekly and monthly. It is absolutely perfect. And I also love this has a simple note section so you can just doodle, draw, leave some extra notes. It's really cool. I find myself reaching for my phone when I'm in a space where I'm for a long time, like an airport, train, car. And I wanted a book that had a ton of different puzzles but was also small enough to fit in my purse or in my bag. And I just bought this off Amazon. It's called the Ultimate Mind Games. It has more than 400 puzzles. I got it for the sudoku, word search, crossword puzzles. It is really cool and ginormous. I never start my day off more stressed than when I go on my phone right when I wake up. So I set the boundary for myself to start my day off with a gratitude journal. I did get this one in Bali, but it is from Pure Presence Co. and something that really stands out with me that I love about this is the first section of it is almost like a book explaining why this journal works, why you manifest, why you say affirmations, why you set goals, why you set daily, weekly and monthly goals. And then it also has a section where you can just journal and then reflection for the day.
